Solvable Professional Grade Toluene is an effective solvent for thinning various coatings, removing adhesives, degreasing metal, and cleaning equipment. It has a medium drying time and is less volatile and slower to evaporate than Acetone. You can use Toluene to thin oil-based paints, coatings, varnishes and synthetic enamels. It also dissolves silicone sealants to ease the removal process.
